Hard Disk Drives
Hard Disc Drives (Commonly known as Hard Drives or HDDs) storage devices are used to store, record, edit and delete memory. HDDs have a rapidly rotating disc (up to 10000 RPM) onto which information is recorded using magnetism. Binary units (1 and 0) are represented by different magnetic poles (North and South).
